Welcome to the Rise Federal Hiring Clinical Trials
As a federal job seeker, RiseTrials could change your career trajectory.
The federal government’s hiring managers need and want your talent. The problem? You’re up against a flawed system that can lead to confusion, delays, frustration and disappointment — and this affects the hiring manager as much as the job seeker.
RiseTrials is the brainchild of a community of federal HR experts. By joining RiseTrials you will become part of a study measuring the effectiveness of specific tools created and designed to provide job seekers with an asymmetrical advantage over the troubled government hiring process.
It’s important to do this now. Why? Because the facts and data necessary to fix the system don’t currently exist.
Even with the widespread belief that the process is broken, no one has conducted a systemic study to determine how to fix it. As a member of the RiseTrials you will have access to new tools, along with the RiseTrials Community platform. The Community provides an avenue for you to share your experiences with other federal job seekers and receive advice from seasoned federal professionals.
Our goal is to work collaboratively with you to fix the system — and in doing so, put talent like yours within reach of the hiring manager.

What Is RiseTrials?

Through community discussion, interventions, and evaluations our mission is to assist candidates on best leveraging an application and increasing the chances of a successful application resulting in a job offer.
Why Should I Participate?
No matter if you’re a first-time job seeker or a seasoned professional, the federal hiring process can be a daunting experience for any applicant. RiseTrials guides federal applicants through the hiring process. Receive feedback and increase your knowledge of the federal hiring process through the resources provided. As participants share feedback about their federal job search experiences, those resources will continue to expand and evolve and new resources developed. Combined with community discussions you will have the opportunity to learn more about what you can do to be a successful federal job applicant.
How Does It Work?
Selected participants will receive an invite into RiseTrials’ studies after completing an initial application questionnaire. Through our secure site participants will be able to work with others by joining in community discussions, access resources on the federal hiring process and more. Success rates will be tracked based on the progress made through the application process and results will be reported back to candidates and the federal hiring community.
